Shipping
Motivation for the World/garyISmotivation ships all orders via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Additionally, nationwide or global shipping delays may impact estimated delivery times. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Motivation for the World/garyISmotivation is not responsible for any customs or import fees (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) incurred during or after shipping.

Refunds & Returns
We accept returns. You can return new/unused books and unopened apparel/merchandise and receive a full refund of the original product cost. Start the return process within seven (7) days of receiving your item by emailing Gary A. McAbee: Motivation for the World/garyISmotivation at motivation4theworld@gmail.com. We inspect all returned items. Any returned product must be in new or unused condition in which you received it and with the Returns portion of your packing slip. Notification of refund status will be sent after item inspection. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
